Persona Development workshop (1-2 days): LSP® session among customers or internal team e.g. customer service to surface tacit knowledge about the customer. This is followed by team work to develop the final Persona using our Persona template
Idea Generation workshop (1 day) – optional: LSP® session among team/organisation to generate ideas based on Personas
